As we continue to grow across EMEA markets, we are committed to delivering seamless and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Operations & Customer Services Coordinator to join our growing team in London.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using ERP/order, across EMEA markets.
Monitor order progress from confirmation through to delivery.
Coordinate with the 3PL in Europe and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Route and coordinate Ex-Works shipments, liaising with customer-nominated freight forwarders and managing customers' booking portals.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation and export paperwork where required.
Prepare proforma invoices for pre-payment customers.
Liaise with the AR team for payment discrepancies, compliance charges and credit hold.
Handle order amendments, returns, and credit requests.
Support the sales team with customers' requests.
Build relationships with wholesale and franchise partners, and respond to enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and deliveries.
Assist with sales orders reports and general order book management.
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order data.
Support the implementation of process improvements and workflow optimizations.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with key accounts such as Selfridges, Harrods, Net-a-porter.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Solid understanding of wholesale order processes and logistics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and customers.
