We are looking for an experienced cleaning operative for our Site Supervisor position at one of our clients, a prestigious car dealerships in Cribbs Causeway
You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are being delivered by the onsite cleaning team and managing their performance. Other duties include:
· Interviewing for new staff
· Covering staff sickness and holidays
· Ordering cleaning supplies and monitoring stock levels
This position is based on 12.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday - 6.30pm to 9pm – 2.5 hours per day
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff and be familiar with staff induction and training processes.
Full training, uniform and PPE will be provided.
You must have cleaning experience and the right to work in the UK.
