The St Matthews Centre is looking for an Operations Manager to assist trustees in implementing their requirements and vision for the Centre. The Centre itself provides a safe and welcoming space for the diverse mix of people and cultures that make up Possilpark. It supports local events and celebrations, and works closely with the local community to set up and provide funded, supported space, as well as affordable meeting rooms.
The Trustees are looking for an experienced manager who can motivate a team, monitor, direct and evaluate operations within the Centre, help to create an atmosphere of congenial camaraderie and be supportive to staff, service users, trustees and stakeholders.

* Hybrid: Dundee - Hybrid working with regular community-based working

The role is a flexible one with days to suit you and the office although ideally your work pattern should overlap with the manager availability. Some home working could also be accommodated. A pro rata salary up to £30,000 dependent on skills and experience is offered, together with a pension, and holiday entitlement.
