We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on E-commerce Manager
to build, scale, and optimise Wingstop’s delivery operation across the UK,
ensuring best-in-class service, performance, and customer experience.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for Wingstop’s
last-mile delivery operations, blending operational expertise with analytical
insight to deliver a high-performing, scalable delivery network. This role will
partner closely with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams,
owning performance, cost efficiency, and operational standards across delivery
channels.
You will take a hands-on approach to design processes, run
pilots, and implement improvements that directly impact speed, accuracy, and
customer satisfaction, while building a market-leading delivery operation from
the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale Wingstop’s owned delivery network across
the UK
• Own delivery performance, including speed, accuracy, availability, and
customer satisfaction
• Develop delivery SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards for all
restaurants
• Drive cost efficiency and margin improvement across delivery channels
• Lead delivery pilots, network rollouts, and continuous optimisation projects
• Manage relationships with courier partners, fleet providers, and delivery
tech platforms
• Analyse delivery data to identify problems, unlock opportunities, and
implement improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply
Chain teams
• Ensure delivery processes meet all safety, compliance, and brand standards
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, fleet,
or on-demand operations
• Strong understanding of delivery KPIs, dispatching, and courier operations
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into operational action
• Excellent project management skills — able to run pilots, scale solutions,
and manage complexity
• Strong communicator who can influence both internal teams and external
partners
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Hands-on approach with willingness to be on-site and understand day-to-day
delivery operations
• Builder mentality — capable of creating processes, standards, and systems
from scratch
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Experience launching or managing an owned delivery fleet
or hybrid network
• Familiarity with delivery/dispatching software and courier management tools
• Experience with aggregators, POS integrations, or restaurant tech
