We're currently looking for a seasoned Pastry Chef De Partie who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes. Plus, you'll be training under some highly-regarded chefs in the food world.
So if you spend your time obsessing over the perfect dough, we would really like to meet you.
About you...
* Passionate about food and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
* A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
* Basic knowledgeable of bakery operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
* Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
* Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
