Job Responsibilities
* Help shape and advance our in-house test automation platform, creating robust tools across network, security, storage, and compute domains – all within a collaborative, DevOps-driven environment.
* Lead the charge in automation and orchestration across our lab environment, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.
* Support the implementation of enhanced network monitoring aligned with strategic goals.
* Document solutions clearly and deliver effective knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
* Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout implementation lifecycles ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices across software and network domains.
* Mentor colleagues and apprentices, fostering technical growth and building future software capability within the team.

* Strong troubleshooting and requirements management skills

* Programming & Scripting: Python, Rust, C++, JavaScript, Bash

* Automation & Infrastructure: Infrastructure design, orchestration tools
* Security: Firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection
* Databases: NoSQL, SQL
* Monitoring & Observability Tools
