About the Position
You'll lead site engineering and maintenance-ensuring asset integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsible for defining maintenance and CAPEX strategies, overseeing electrical and mechanical work (including Hazardous Areas), and acting as Legionella Responsible Person, you'll drive performance through effective KPIs and strong leadership. Working closely with SHEQ, you'll support COMAH improvement plans, process safety, and emergency response readiness.
What You'll Need
* Formal engineering qualification (HNC/HND, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* 5+ years' experience in a COMAH, chemical, or process manufacturing environment.
* Proven background leading E&I maintenance and projects with budget ownership.
* Strong understanding of UK electrical regulations, functional safety, and control systems.
* Experience with CMMS, permit-to-work systems, and contractor management.
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Package
* £65,000 - £75,000 + 5% annual bonus.
