Proactive Personnel are currently looking for x 2 Customer Service Advisors to start work in Blackburn on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries email & web chat. Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery. Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of our financial services offerings to provide informed assistance. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
