What we’re looking for: As a Learning Assistant, you will be empathetic, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to students’ individual needs. You’ll need: GCSE English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Strong communication and organisational skills Experience working with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities A calm and confident approach to managing behaviour (experience with challenging behaviour is a plus) Working in a vibrant and inclusive further education college is an inspiring experience.
