Role And Responsibilities
We’re looking for a hands‑on individual to join our fast‑paced, creative marketing team. This is a broad, all‑round role suited to someone who takes ownership, works at pace, and consistently delivers high‑quality output across both print and digital channels. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing activity that supports business growth, working closely with sales and operational teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities
* Creating and delivering engaging artwork and marketing materials across multiple departments
* Developing and executing integrated campaigns across print and digital channels
* Producing content including email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
* Supporting product launches with sales tools, guides, and campaign assets
* Planning and supporting events, exhibitions, and partner activity
* Capturing photo and video content to strengthen brand presence
* Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, with a focus on ROI
* Supporting wider marketing planning and strategy
We’re looking for
* 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong mix of print and digital execution (ideally B2B)
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage workloads and deliver to tight deadlines
* Strong design and content creation skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and digital campaigns using additional software packages.
* Confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and departments
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
Desirable
* Photography and video content creation/editing
* Experience in a trade, engineering, or B2B environment
