W ith a dedicated and compassionate team, and a reputation for clinical excellence, they are now looking for a General Manager to join at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.
What you'll do as a General Manager
This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for day-to-day operations and commercial performance. Reporting to the board, the multi site General Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive business performance, streamline operations, and support future growth.
General Manager Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the business, supporting and managing a team across multiple locations.
Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.
Oversee all marketing activity, collaborating with a marketing agency, freelance marketing manager, and part-time in-house executive.
Take full P&L ownership and make key commercial decisions to drive growth.
Develop new partnerships and identify opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
Serve as the main point of contact for the investor group, providing transparent and insightful reporting.
Who Were Looking For
A proven senior leader, ideally with experience in healthcare or a multi-site service environment.
A strong people manager with a collaborative and coaching leadership style.
Operationally focused, with a track record of driving efficiency and positive change.
Commercially astute, with experience owning a P&L and making data-led decisions.
Confident overseeing marketing strategy and execution.
Comfortable with regular travel across the North West and flexible to work remotely when not on site.
