Work in the luxury beauty industry as an Assistant Counter Manager for a popular brand, based in London.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Assistant Counter Manager who will support in leading a dynamic beauty team to drive results and deliver a luxury, personalised experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support and coach team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Deliver exceptional product knowledge and service, including skincare consultations and makeovers
* Drive sales through storytelling, cross-selling and brand education
* Recruit and retain clients, building long-term loyalty
* Book beauty room appointments and help plan counter events
* Assist the Counter Manager with admin and stock management
* Contribute to team training, performance development and KPIs
* Maintain high grooming and brand standards as a proud ambassador
