The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting sales enablement through a wide range of marketing activities. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance creativity with commercial impact.
Your responsibilities will span content creation, design, campaigns, events, social media, and performance marketing – making it an ideal opportunity for a versatile and ambitious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, events) with a focus on end-to-end lead generation.
* Develop engaging content and creative assets, ensuring all messaging and branding is consistent across campaigns and communications.
* Design and deliver graphics, website updates, and video content.
* Improve the usability, design, content and conversion rates of our websites (including partner microsites) to increase lead acquisition.
* Work with marketing automation tools to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
* Manage and grow M-Tech's social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc).
* Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars, working with stakeholders and third-party partners.
* Own the case study programme, from creation through to launch, ensuring the sales team is fully equipped to use new assets.
* Collaborate with suppliers and distribution partners to enhance brand visibility and campaign delivery.
The Successful Candidate
We're looking for someone with proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT or technology sector, who combines creativity with commercial focus. You'll be comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery across multiple channels.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Demonstrable experience running B2B campaigns with measurable lead-generation outcomes.
* Knowledge of online lead funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring, and conversion).
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
* Strong design skills – HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator.
* Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
* Experience planning and delivering events.
* Copywriting skills for campaigns, collateral and sales enablement.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
* Competence with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
