Executive Head Chef - Michelin Starred Restaurant - Birmingham/Midlands - £60,000 salary plus benefits
Tonic is partnered with a restaurant in the Midlands region, which already holds a Michelin star, to assist them in sourcing an Executive Head Chef, who can help this tight-knit team push for further accolades. Anyone applying for this role must have experience at a TWO-STAR MICHELIN LEVEL.

Tonic are assisting our client's search for an Executive Head Chef to lead their motivated and driven brigade to push and attain more accolades. Our client would like to pursue a second Michelin star; therefore, the successful candidate must have experience at this level.
What experience are we looking for in Executive Head Chef candidates?
* A CV which shows loyalty to previous employers with experience at two two-star Michelin-level restaurants

* A complete understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen of this quality
