Hours Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm Approx 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Dealing with orders, deliveries and resolving customer queries on a daily basis. Supporting the wider operations with daily administrative tasks. Processing, orders, and maintaining accurate records. Liaising with local trade, customers, and internal teams face to face and via phone. Managing documentation and general office administration including copying and filing. Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times via outbound and inbound calls. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Experience within a trade, logistics, or distribution environment is advantageous. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems. A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team and have a very self motivated work ethic.
