Office Days - Monday-Wednesday
Home Based days - Thursday and Friday
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
* Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for our field technicians
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm bookings and provide updates
* Manage incoming job requests and allocate work efficiently
* Use Excel and internal systems to track jobs, update records, and maintain schedules
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confident using Excel, email, and scheduling software
* Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
* Previous scheduling, admin, or customer service experience (advantageous)
