Sales Negotiator
About the Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be front and centre of our lead generation activity, driving new business for our national branch network. You’ll confidently reach out to potential sellers, build rapport over the phone, qualify opportunities, and book high-value valuation appointments that help our branches grow.
This is a dynamic, results-driven role which is perfect for someone who enjoys selling, thrives under pressure, and gets a genuine buzz from turning conversations into opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a target-driven environment—contact centre, sales, hospitality, or retail backgrounds welcome.
* A confident communicator with a strong, professional telephone manner.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and energised by fast-paced, high-volume activity.
* Strong organisational skills and accuracy in managing customer information.
* A team player who enjoys contributing to shared targets and celebrating group success.
* Interest in the property sector—experience helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact homeowners and potential sellers to discuss their property needs and introduce Connells Group services.
* Convert warm and researched prospect data into quality sales opportunities.
* Book valuation appointments for our branch teams to support their growth goals.
* Research local markets and use online tools to identify fresh opportunities.
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build trust and long-term relationships.
* Maintain accurate, detailed call notes and customer records within our systems.
* Collaborate closely with branch colleagues to align targets, share insight, and support performance.
What We Offer:
* Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £30,000–£34,000.
* Full induction and ongoing sales training to help you thrive.
* Clear development pathways across Connells Group and the wider property sector.
* Recognition, rewards, and incentives—including team nights out, quarterly awards, and trips for top performers.
