Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a dynamic workshop team? Sulzer GT Aero Services is looking for a proactive
General Assistant
to support our production operations. At Sulzer GT Aero, we specialize in the repair, overhaul, and field service of industrial, marine, and power gas turbines.
This role is based at our Netherley facility near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire
, a key hub for our turbine operations and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist across all areas of production and workshop operations
* Move and handle materials safely around the site
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
* Support colleagues in daily tasks and team-based projects
* Wrap, pack, and palletize finished items for delivery
* Carry out general cleaning duties across company facilities
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Perform any other reasonable duties as required

* Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A flexible, team-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Willingness to work additional hours when needed
