Children’s Services are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the Shared Care Information Systems (SCIS) Team, which delivers system developments for Education, Early Help and Social Care. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead developments to the education EYES Liquidlogic systems and design, build and implement new modules ensuring compliance with local and national requirements as well as providing ongoing continual system improvements. You will be part of a team of Senior Business Analysts, each leading on a particular system/service area. You will work flexibly to cover for each other when needed, with occasional weekend working to support system upgrades. You will line manage a small team of Business Analysts motivating and coaching them whilst overseeing compliance with business analysis standards and techniques. We are looking for a person who: Can develop excellent working relationships, listening and acting on requests. Has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Can translate business needs into practical solutions. Enjoys finding simple, efficient solutions to complex issues Has a sharp analytical mind, taking the initiative to deliver whilst ensuring the bigger picture is met.
