We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Administrator to join the Capital Projects Department at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. This role will provide vital administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of capital and estates projects across North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will support Project Managers and the wider Capital Projects team with key administrative duties including minute-taking, document control, requisition processes, and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders. The role is integral to maintaining project governance, communication, and efficiency across the department.
Responsibilities
* Arrange and coordinate project meetings, including programme board sessions, site progress meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
* Support the Capital Projects PMO function by assisting in the coordination of project governance activities, documentation, and performance reporting.
* Assist with diary management, meeting room bookings, and logistics for on‑site and virtual meetings.
* Support basic monitoring of expenditure by tracking requisitions, invoices and approvals, escalating discrepancies to Project Managers or the Project Support and Business Manager.
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.
