About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to support our TUKI Team as an Operations Specialist based in our London Office. The Operations Specialist will take ownership and leadership for specific programs. They will be responsible for managing projects, and creating and implementing new policies, procedures, and enhancements to effectively execute operational standards. Support BD’s, Field Teams (MFPs), franchisees and internal departments with accurate operational information. Improve operations through researching topics and recognizing opportunities and implementing change for improvement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Develop tools, processes, and programs to ensure brand standards are executed with excellence and consistency. Work with SME's, Franchisees and BDA offices to gather requirements and feedback. Identify criteria for success and monitor and measure results. Conduct relevant industry research. Write articles for publication: Procedures, Playbooks, Best Practice, etc. Create and deliver presentations and provide communications to the field to gather input and/or to implement new or updated policies, procedures, or programs.
2. Active engagement with Field Teams, Store Teams & Franchisees in the field and in restaurants. Focus on the BU and Regional 5 to Drive & AOP initiatives: Deliver REV score > 80%; Drive Digital Ops Metrics Performance; Drive Other Key Initiatives; Support Field Teams (BD & SMO) Delivering objectives; Support & Drive Franchisee Profitability
3. Interdepartmental involvement: strong awareness of each department’s initiatives. Responsible for determining if Operations is Responsible, Accountable, Consulting, or Informed (RACI). Attend meetings, taskforces, and committees - communicate to the rest of department. Work with L&D team to ensure the number of Certified Stores & Trainers are maintained across the BU.
4. Miscellaneous responsibilities maintained through department: research and maintain Operations based Company programs available to franchisees and field teams. Work with IPC, vendors and BD & SMO offices as needed.
Qualifications:
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Technical or any other related field.
6. Minimum 2-6 years of job specific experience, preferably in the QSR environment.
7. Strong communication, training, and customer experience skills
8. Basic computer proficiency and understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
9. Must have problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
10. Good written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, investigative ability, ability to multi-task and work
