Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience as a DB2 Database Administrator, including development, enhancements, and production support.
* Certified IBM DB2 DBA or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience in DBA activities such as data maintenance, authorization, privileges, backup, and recovery.
* Operational support experience, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.
* Customer-focused with good team relationships.
* At least 2 years of experience as a DB2 DBA on Mainframes.

Database: DB2 on open systems
Tools: db2top, db2advise, db2pd, db2dart, db2look, db2support, SPUFI, QMF, QREP, DB2 Admin tool, Log analyzer
Responsibilities include:
* Providing 24/7 production support.
* Developing solutions for application teams.
* Managing logical and physical partitioned databases.
* Data refreshes in development environments.
* Participating in DB2 V10 upgrades and quarterly disaster recovery activities.
* Database restorations and redirects.
* Backup and recovery in stand-alone and DPF environments.
* Creating database objects such as databases, tablespaces, tables, views, and indexes.
* Supporting Windows applications like Philbert, WinSQL, and NLP.
* Supporting disaster recovery exercises.
* Cataloging mainframe databases for open systems access.
* Resolving user issues, managing access rights.
* Working with partitioned tables, materialized query tables, and views.
* Performing regular restorations based on business needs.
* Supporting DB2 tools and replication.
* Managing incidents and changes using HPSM.
