Learning Support Assistant – Eastfield Primary School
Fixed term until 23 August 2026. 16.5 hours per week (term time only, plus inset). Grade 5, Pts 7 to 8 (£9 614 to £9 767). Start date ASAP. Application close 27 Oct 2025.

* Support children with additional needs by providing tailored scaffolding to help pupils access learning and thrive emotionally and socially.
* Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom experiences and adapt strategies to individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school environment.
* Join a team where staff are trusted to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications and skills
* Have experience of working with children with additional needs and helping them to succeed.
* Working towards or have qualifications that can be applied to the role.
* Be forward‑thinking and open to new ideas and approaches.
