About the role: We are looking for experienced Room Leaders to play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting. Your responsibilities will include: leading a room to ensure a high-quality, stimulating, and nurturing environment supervising and mentoring staff, sharing best practices contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement. You will be: a qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent) confident in leading and inspiring a team creative, reflective, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education skilled in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
