Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharma and we are actively seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis in Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing purchase orders for raw materials, components, and packaging used in pharmaceutical production. Monitor inventory levels in ERP systems and alert team members to low stock or potential shortages. Support accurate stock reconciliation and ensure proper documentation of inventory movements. Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries in line with production and distribution schedules. Assist in the preparation and filing of shipping and regulatory documents (e.g., packing lists, customs forms, batch records). Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards including GDP, GMP, and local health authority guidelines. Assist in coordinating with suppliers and service providers to confirm order details and resolve basic delivery or documentation issues. Support the creation of reports related to supply performance, inventory status, and logistics KPIs. Participate in identifying and suggesting opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays in the supply chain process.
