We are seeking a Project Manager - RTSM to manage overall client relationships and day-to-day project activities. Core Responsibilities Client Leadership: Act as the primary lead for account management and subject matter expertise throughout the study life cycle. Strategic Design: Review clinical protocols to provide the best implementation strategies for RTSM. Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes. Workshops & Training: Deliver workshop content, lead client meetings, and provide training to ensure a positive customer experience. Documentation: Prepare system-related specifications and maintain project documentation within e-binders Your Competencies Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device, or biotech) and Clinical Research SaaS technology. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and MS Office suite. Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, public speaking, and organizational skills. Mobility: Self-motivated for remote work with the ability to travel up to 25%. Education & Experience Degree: 4-year college degree (science or analytic discipline preferred) or an advanced degree.
