Ideally you will be a driver so you can work across our services, transport links are limited at weekends.

You will need to be fully flexible and able to commit to some sleep-ins, £12.62 per hour.

We are also focused on our people. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

You will be supporting 2 females and 1 male with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy (you will be trained) within a supported living environment, house in Dronfield S18 postcode area.

The role includes working on a rota basis - patterns can include day shifts, night shifts and you will be required to work sleep-ins, depending on availability.

The people here love going out and about especially shopping, waking, fin days out, swimming. The families are really important to the people supported so you must be able to build positive trusting relationships. You will need lots of energy and a great sense of humour!

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
