Qualifications
* Proven track record & previous experience within sales is essential.
* Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A willingness to learn.
