The Role - Classroom Support Assistant (SEN)
Supporting students with
Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a
one-to-one basis
Working within the schools dedicated
SEN provision / hub
Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
Helping students access education in a positive and structured way
Previous experience as a
Teaching Assistant / Classroom Support Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Up to £100 per day
(depending on experience)
Long-term stability in one school
Weekly pay paid via PAYE
