A-Level Maths and Physics Teacher – Private Sixth-Form College, Kensington
Location: Kensington, London
Start Date: Part-time Immediate / Part-time or Full-time from September 2025
Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time or Full-time

Our client, a prestigious private sixth-form college located in the heart of Kensington, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated A-Level Maths and Physics Teacher to join their vibrant teaching faculty.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-achieving, supportive environment with motivated students and a strong academic culture. The role would suit an experienced educator with a passion for teaching Maths and Physics at A-Level, with a proven track record of student success. The position is initially available on a part-time basis with the option to become full-time from September 2025.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Maths and Physics to A-Level students
Prepare students for examinations, ensuring excellent academic outcomes
Support students through UCAS and university application processes where applicable
Contribute to the wider life of the college, including enrichment and extracurricular activities
Candidate Requirements:
A good degree in a relevant subject
Experience in private education is preferred
Proven experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Maths and Physics
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to high standards and student achievement
Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)
