TheRole
Were looking foraSenior National Account Managertojoin our growing Grocery team who will take responsibility for>25% of the Oatly UK Grocery business managing major UKretailers.
This person will also be tasked withleading projects internally contributing to Oatlys strategy invarious areas & continuing to build strong trustingmultifunctional relationships across their accounts. Heres whatyoud be responsible fordaytoday:
* Develop &execute exceptional customer joint business plans that help deliveragainst the companys targets goals andobjectives.
* Plan negotiate & executegame changing NPD launches with sustainable longterm commercialagreements in place.
* Drive trial &awareness of the Oatly portfolio by securing increased nationwidedistribution & leveraging trade marketingresource.
* Seek out white space opportunities inexisting and new business.
* Provide regularaccurate commercial & volume forecasts to thebusiness.
* Become an expert on the categoryshopper levering consumer & market insights to build bothexternal & internal capability.
* Deliverstellar results on or over budget track performance and be afantastic steward of companyresources.
* Collaborate motivate help &learn from the wider Oatly team in the UK &globally.

WhoYou Are

* Youre already an experiencedaccount manager looking for the next step in yourcareer.
* Youve gotplenty ofdemonstrablecommercial experience within either FMCG Retail SMEand/orF&B. Bonus points if youve worked with some of themajor UK retailers.
* Strong commercial &financial acumen with experience in retailer JBPs &P&Ls.
* Talented negotiator with provensuccess behind NPD CPIs and/orJBPs.
* Exceptional communicator &relationship builder.
* Tenacious and resourcefulwith high resilience.
* You lack an ego andthrive on working as part of a team. You fly solo just fine but youknow youre a part of somethingbigger.
