About the Role:
As our Estates Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our buildings, facilities, and grounds are not only compliant and efficient but also reflect the care and pride we put into everything we do.
You’ll lead on:
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* Contractor and compliance management
* Health & safety and building regulations
* Supporting capital projects and fire safety programmes
* Driving innovation and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong leadership and project management experience
* Knowledge of building regulations and facilities compliance
* A “can-do, will-do” attitude and a collaborative mindset
* A commitment to our values ofRespect, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence
Bonus points if you have:
* NEBOSH or Fire Risk Assessor certification
* Experience in a charity, healthcare, or education setting
