Our client, a successful pharma equipment processing solutions provider, operating across the UK & Ireland, with offices in Salfords/ Redhill and Ireland has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an HR and Admin Supervisor & Administrator.
You will be part of a close knit team and you will manage key HR, administration and payroll administration tasks, supporting managers and directors with people processes and helping to deliver a professional and proactive HR function.
This is a full time onsite role with an opportunity to work from home one day a fortnight.

Responsibilities include:
 1. Managing the finance-related elements of HR administration, including payroll and expenses processing support.
 2. Supporting the management team in rolling out HR plans and initiatives.
 3. Attending and minute taking in meetings.
 4. Assisting with Board-level tasks, such as salary benchmarking and reporting.
 5. Coordinating training and development schedules.
 6. Supporting the recruitment lifecycle – writing job descriptions, onboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
 7. Covering payroll administration during absences (full training will be provided).
