As part of this vision, we are looking to appoint a motivated and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about raising standards and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Confidently plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom with high expectations for behaviour and learning, understanding and enforcing school policies
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress and providing feedback to appropriate members of SLT as well as parents/ carers
* Differentiate teaching to meet a range of needs, including SEND, SEMH, EAL and higher-attaining pupils
* Contribute to school community involvement and uphold safeguarding responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (or be an ECT with strong KS2 specific training)
* Hold strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of the National Curriculum
* Share our values of inclusion, respect, and high aspirations for all pupils
