is working with secondary schools in Kettering to recruit ambitious graduates for a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will:
* Train within a secondary school alongside experienced teaching professionals
* Develop practical classroom and behaviour management skills
* Receive dedicated mentoring and professional development support
* Work towards achieving QTS through a recognised SCITT pathway
* Support pupils in lessons while gradually building teaching responsibilities
We Are Looking For Graduates Who:
* Hold a UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
* Are passionate about education and working with young people
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Are motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
* Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
