For further details you can review our full job description here As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential. You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
