The role
As Head of Retail, you will lead the UK commercial strategy in line with global objectives, owning key national retail relationships and guiding a London-based retail and field team.
* Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy aligned to global goals
* Own UK revenue targets, forecasting and budget management
* Identify opportunities to expand distribution and grow market share
* Lead and manage key national retail partners, including department stores and prestige beauty retailers
* Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, launches and joint business plans
* Track sales performance, profitability and operational excellence across accounts
* Build long-term, strategic retail partnerships
* Lead, motivate and develop the UK field and retail team
* Set clear KPIs and ensure exceptional in-store execution and service standards
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and client service excellence
* Collaborate with marketing on launches, campaigns and retail activations
* Ensure visual merchandising and brand guidelines are consistently delivered
* Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, education and finance teams
