As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing our marketing strategy, driving our customer experience and engagement strategy, managing our internal and external communications, and working with other marketing managers within the EMS group.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support the commercial team with lead generation, sales activity, and brand awareness. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure delivery of measurable results.
* Drive customer experience and engagement initiatives: Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement projects that enhance the Equity Energies customer experience across our range of products and services.
* Manage communications and content: Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency. Work with the Marketing and Partnership Executive to create collateral to support the commercial team.
* Collaboration with other EMS marketing functions: Liaise with other marketing teams in the EMS function to collaborate on campaigns and activities to drive solution awareness and cross sell opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver press releases, content, agency briefs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
* Proven experience in marketing at the Marketing Manager level in account/client management with agencies and/or brands.
* Strong organisational skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines.
* Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy across all marketing activities to ensure consistent quality.
* Proactive and self-motivated: A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in supporting the heads of departments across the business. Needs to enjoy a fast-paced environment as the energy world changes quickly.
* Team player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues, and contributing to team goals.
* Creative thinker: Ability to contribute fresh ideas and challenge ways of working.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
