* A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property
* Exceptional people skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
* A hands‑on approach to handling day‑to‑day operational challenges
* A guest‑focused mindset, ensuring service excellence at all times
Responsibilities
* Guarantee an amazing experience for all guests, maintaining high service standards
* Train, guide, and support the team to meet The Celtic Collection expectations
