Your Transformation Challenge
Shape and deliver a modern strategy that strengthens the Society’s influence
You will work with the President, Board and Council to create and execute a forward looking strategic plan that enhances national standing, relevance and long term sustainability.
Lead operational excellence and financial performance
You will drive improvements across finance, governance, technology, facilities and core processes to ensure a highly effective modern organisation.
Grow and energise the membership community
You will develop a compelling member experience and champion engagement across firms, in house teams, young professionals and sponsors.
Elevate the Society’s regional and national profile
You will strengthen strategic alliances, act as a senior ambassador and build meaningful professional partnerships across the UK.
Drive commercial growth through events, partnerships and revenue innovation
You will lead a vibrant events programme and unlock new commercial opportunities that support long term stability and growth.
