Job Overview
This role is based at Peterborough City Hospital, a significant project featuring a 612-bed hospital, mental health unit, city care centre, multi-storey car park, helicopter pad, landscaping, and highway works. The position is office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00, with no remote work option.
Responsibilities of the Service Hub Dispatcher
* Implement and monitor Hard FM Services Reactive Events against KPIs.
* Collaborate proactively with team members.
* Support the management and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual KPIs, including response times.
* Dispatch events to engineering operatives and liaise with them as needed.
* Follow up on dispatched events to ensure timely response and rectification.
* Arrange assistance for engineers when required.
Qualifications for Success
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of CAFM systems such as Maximo, QFM, or Concept is desirable.
