WIND TURBINE TECHNICIAN – VESTAS EXPERIENCE

Flex Wind specializes in wind turbine installation, maintenance, and blade repair across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. With nearly 200 technicians, we’re expanding rapidly and seeking Wind Turbine Technicians with Vestas experience as well as Trainee-Level Technicians to join our team in delivering top-quality installation projects.
Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Vestas wind turbines.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
* Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and on-site safety procedures.
* Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with on-site teams and supervisors to ensure smooth project operations.
Requirements
For Experienced Technicians:
* Minimum 2 years as a Wind Turbine Technician, with hands-on experience on Vestas turbines.
* Certifications: GWO (Working at Heights, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling), SEP (up to 1kV or higher), BTT, and C-Level certifications.
* English (B2 level or higher).
* Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
For Trainee-Level Technicians:
* Some experience in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy sectors is preferred.
* GWO certifications.
* Passion for the wind industry and eagerness to learn.
