 
        
        Business Change Manager at Manchester Digital
The Business Change Manager will fulfill the role of a Business Relationship Manager and will need to support the planning of change programmes, identify and engage with stakeholders, prepare businesses to embrace change, manage change risks, and evaluate change impact to ensure intended benefits are achieved. This will mean supporting the embedding of change across industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as liaison between industry stakeholders and Home Office/DFT to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and policy alignment.
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry representatives, professional bodies, and regulatory authorities.
 * Lead annual reviews of key business processes with industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
 * Translate strategic objectives and policy changes into practical business processes and operational outcomes.
 * Support the design, planning, and implementation of business change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to industry operations.
 * Facilitate workshops, consultations, and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholder input is considered in decision‑making.
 * Monitor, track, and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, ensuring objectives are met and benefits are realized.
 * Provide advice and guidance to leadership teams on change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and industry best practice.
 * Identify potential risks, resistance, and barriers to change, and develop mitigation strategies.
 * Provide advice on the impact of policy, regulatory and legislative changes that will affect the industry.
 * Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with UK GDPR and oversee the development and implementation of data sharing agreements and MoUs between relevant parties.
 * Support the development of business cases and delivery plans by defining value propositions, identifying measurable benefits, and establishing clear KPIs to support decision‑making and track benefits.
