What You’ll Do:
1. Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to luxury standards.
2. Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop seasonal menus and signature creations.
3. Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
4. Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in your section.
5. Support junior team members with training, guidance, and inspiration.

Ideal Candidate
21. Proven experience in a pastry role within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end patisserie.
22. A passion for pastry and a flair for creativity and detail.
23. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
24. Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques.
25. Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
