Working Week: Monday to Friday, 7am - 9am & 4pm - 7.15pm

Vertas Group Limited is looking for a proactive and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Broadland High School. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or ready to step up with training, we'll support your journey.
If you have a current DBS certificate and a passion for maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming school environments, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Unlocking and locking the school
* Leading and motivating a team of cleaners with a hands-on approach
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across school facilities
* Conducting cleaning audits and reporting on team performance
* Managing stock levels, equipment maintenance, and shift cover
* Liaising with school staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensuring full compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations
What You'll Need
* A current DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Experience supervising cleaning teams (school or similar settings preferred)
* Strong knowledge of COSHH and H&S procedures
* Great communication and leadership skills
* A flexible, positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
