Ready to hit the road (and the numbers)? We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our high-performing HCM (Human Capital Management) sales team.
You’ll be working with mid-to-large UK businesses helping them transform how they manage their people, payroll, and performance — powered by our cutting-edge HCM technology.

You’ll cover accounts across:
🏭 Industry (Blue Collar)
💼 Professional Services (White Collar)
💖 Charities
🍴 Hospitality / Retail / Tech
💼 What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of revenue
* Conduct on-site client visits and product demos 🧳
* Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts
* Build relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT, Ops)
* Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored HCM solutions
* Manage a full sales cycle — from prospecting to close 🔁
💪 What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of field sales experience – ideally within HCM, payroll, finance, or back-office software
* A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
* Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and love of autonomy
* Full UK driving licence 🚘
