We are working with a top tier national law firm based in Birmingham for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team, advising employers on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex litigation and corporate support.
Responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring junior members of the team, while contributing to business development.
Essential Criteria:
* 6+ years’ PQE;
* Strong employment law experience;
* Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
* Technically excellent;
* Client-focused;
* Commercial awareness;
* Analytical;
* Strong communication skills.
