Our client is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join their Digital team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in analysing user behaviour across digital channels, using web analytics, user research, testing, and a variety of data sources. Collaborating with external agency partners, you will distil insights, implement optimisation and personalisation initiatives, and deliver improvements across key customer experience and conversion KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Conducting in-depth analysis of products, customer journeys, user research, and industry studies.
* Identifying opportunities for optimisation, personalisation, and improved conversions.
* Managing the full testing process: defining requirements, coordinating stakeholders, implementing and analysing tests, and reporting findings.
* Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance the digital customer experience.
* Building strong relationships with agency teams and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience managing large optimisation programmes within complex organisations.
* Strong expertise in digital analytics and customer insights.
* Advanced use of platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
* Confident in managing agency relationships and building effective partnerships.
* Strong creative judgement and analytical thinking.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
* Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset.
