Compensation and Schedule
Base pay range: £28,000 per annum + OTE
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

The Role
This full-time position in Middleton involves building rapport and selling our products to generate new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring apprenticeship standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business with garages, dealerships, councils, manufacturers, recovery, and body shops.
* Build and sustain customer relationships.
* Cross-sell products including Apprenticeships, Pathway, Bootcamp, and commercial programmes.
* Support the Automotive Manager to meet client needs.
* Conduct Business Needs Analysis for prospects.
* Review meetings with existing clients for service quality and upselling opportunities.
* Use CRM to support prospecting and update information.
* Maintain an accurate prospect pipeline.
* Support onboarding of government-funded learners.
* Promote Mantra Learning’s reputation for excellent customer service.
* Perform market research and surveys.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
* IT skills including Word, Excel, and databases.
* Experience in field-based Business Development/B2B roles.
* Proven negotiation and sales closing skills.
* Target-driven with a record of achievement.
* CRM experience.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in training or automotive sectors.
* Administrative skills.
* Understanding of government-funded learning programs.
