We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our Client Accounting team, sharing our passion for excellent customer service.
To succeed as a Client Accounts Coordinator, you will need to:
* Show enthusiasm for working with people by taking ownership of customer queries and resolving them positively.
* Support our customers efficiently and engagingly, demonstrating good telephone manners, strong numeracy, and communication skills.
* Pay close attention to detail to ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of millions of pounds of client money.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Be a team player, actively participating in meetings and training sessions.
* Be eager to learn, proactively building your knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements in the property industry.
